It sets into satin finish that's dry enough that it won't move that much (thus not disrupting the coverage) but still thin enough to be blended with a damp sponge or a small concealer brush. What I discovered was to get good coverage, you need to let it set for at least 2 minutes and then you blend. But then I ran out of my usual tarte shape tape and this was the first concealer I randomly grabbed. I initially thought the consistency was too thin for my taste with meh coverage and just chucked it inside my makeup bag of regrettable 3 am online makeup orders. I actually got this concealer last year but only started using it daily just recently.
